Poem: Goddesses of the Wild πŸŒ™

May we, sacred beings, thrive, May we fully embody ourselves, Goddesses of the wild.  May we fill our lives with abundance aligned,  May we connect to our intuition,  The all-knowing sage advice.  May we howl at the moon And let our wild woman out,  May we never feel restrained  To fit into a mould we don't like.  May we tune in to our intuition, The sacred link to the universe all around. The light shining from within Shall never be dimmed, only brightly shine.  May our desires and dreams Come purely alive, May our voice be clearly heard, Never silenced or shut down. May we glow in the sunshine,  Soak up the energy from the golden god. May we openly display and share  Our rainbow-like colours   Dormantly sleeping inside. May we stand tall like the sunflowers  Staring at the sun,  May we find the strength to never give up Like the bumblebee carrying its weight High up in the sky.  May we unapologetically dan...

Poem: Women of my Clan 🌸

The women that came before my time, My ancestors, women of my clan, I bow to them, to their strength, and love.  I was attached to them through experiences of the past, They were loving me but darkness lingered in their lives. I had to liberate myself and liberate them in that process of life, I wanted to set them free from their pain and their scars.  We cried, we talked, we released in unison, We heard the abusers, inflictors and bearers of pain, We forgave those souls and collectively we could let the pain float away.  I released stagnant pain That was not mine to carry around any longer. I said thank you, I bowed to these souls that walked  The earth before my time. I am at peace now.  I will always be at one with the clan  But I walk my own unique path unburdened  By the weight of deeds gone by That weren't mine to carry around. I release the past now to continue h ealing my own beautiful scars.

Poem: If the Dreams we Have

If the dreams we have w eren't big enough, We wouldn't be scared but t hey wouldn't help us expand. We would stay stuck, w e wouldn't thrive, We would look from the sidelines Rather than dazzle the crowd.  We'd continue playing small, We'd fear all the voices around And we'd miss embodying our p urpose In this beautiful lifetime.  We'd feel pain because we'd b e disconnected from our desires. We'd ignore our soul's wishes And the gut feeling guiding us to fulfillment. We'd ignore our North star, We'd eventually feel empty and torn apart.  But i f you said yes to your aligned dreams And at least dared try, t hen, beautiful one,  You'd be so proud you're choosing yourself  And what you know would fulfill your life. You'd work passionately hard  Because you'd know you're creating the life you want. It would be a bumpy road at times but  It'd be so worth it because you'd be saying yes to your soul. You'd ...

Poem: Inhale, Exhale

We inhale when we are born, When our soul welcomes us into this world.  And, after a full, rich life,  We exhale when we die; The anchoring breath throughout our life Waving us goodbye. It guided us to feel alive, To fulfill our dreams, To learn lessons in this lifetime. It allowed us to take in life, To marvel at the stars, To inhale and exhale in awe of What was b efore our eyes. It allowed us to ground down,  To be in the present moment, To nourish every single cell With alive love. And then one day, It was time to show gratitude For the abundant lessons in our lifetime And to exhale one last time.

Poem: Intuition Whispers

I refuse to stay in the shadows of my comfort zone, In the confined spaces of my fearful mind Where the sun does not shine And the voices are loud,  Where the guards stand tall and block the way If we dare venture out. Where the lies slithers around us, trying to  Climb onto us and poison our minds.  Intuition whispers, intuition is not loud, It doesn't have to be, it's the true knowing inside. When we connect to intuition nothing seems hard, We know we're being guided and there's nothing to  Fear or run from during a dark night.  Intuition knows, intuition is crystal clear- Not a shadow of a doubt, intuition naturally steers. Intuition knows best,  Fear desperately clings to lies,  It makes us believe in unreal scenarios,  Only because it knows its essence darkens  The soul, it whiters us until we bloom no more.

Poem: Space for Magic

Making space for magic,  I ended up here. I didn't know what I needed But willingly gave serendipity a wink. Open to magic, open to the flow of life, How liberating and freeing it was To allow ease to colour my life. I kept being delighted  When I allowed myself to let go, flow and Open m y arms to abundant love. I knowingly smiled, I expressed gratitude  For the blessings that showered my existence And the more I did that, the universe smiled,  It kept sending things because it rejoiced  In the love and gratitude that kept exuding from my whole being, Body, Mind, Soul.

Poem: Breathe Again

Breathe again, Take that step,  Take the leap, Dare dream. Dare shoot for the stars. Dare step outside your comfort zone, You were made to shine.  You are star dust.  Do not let fear hold you back, Acknowledge it and then  Leave it behind.  Keep moving forward,  You have light to shine,  Ignore the naysayers- They're afraid of their own light. Take the steps that empower you to feel alive, To feel aligned with your purpose, To be profoundly grateful and proud  Of your human life.

Poem: Aligned & Alive

Dreams are what keep us alive.  We skydive a nd then Reach for the bright stars.  We dance all around The canvas of the infinite sky. We inhale deeply, we hold our breath, We exhale, loud, grounded and proud. Grateful heart, excited smile.  We know we can achieve If we work hard enough And have fun along the ride. We keep moving forward, We rest but we don't stop. Even when we cry, We show people around us What resilience and gumption look like. We dream, oh we sweetly dream! We take bright, bold action to  Attract what our soul deeply wants. We manifest because we work hard: We envision that life, The one that makes us proudly smile And we take consistent little steps towards Creating that which we crave and desire, That which makes us feel aligned and alive.
