Poem: Home

 

You are my home, 

You are everything sunshine

In a grey world; 

You are my life as I like knowing it and

It feels like the world was a boring shade

Before we said hello. 

You are my favourite person and

The life we've shared till this moment of gold

Is everything I've known to want, to long for,

To hold close to my hopeful soul.
