Poem: Teary-eyed Rain

The sky speaks to me in fluffly clouds

And thunderous lights,

In the warm breeze

And the teary-eyed rain.

Nature is always there for me,

And I know how to be with and within it.

No judgement, just existence.

No pretences, just my essence.

No mask, just my bare soul.

When all is lost,

When my soul begs,

When my eyes water

And my heart aches

There is no place like nature

To bring me back to myself.
